Auto Accident Care & Recovery Support

If you’ve recently been involved in an auto accident, getting timely care is essential. Everyday Essentials provides direct access to massage therapy, chiropractic care, and other alternative healthcare services to support your healing. Whether or not you were at fault, you may be eligible for medical and rehabilitative benefits through your auto insurance.

Understanding Your Coverage

Most auto insurance policies include Medical Payments Coverage (MedPay) a benefit that pays for injury-related treatments such as massage therapy, chiropractic care, physical therapy, acupuncture, and even surgical care.

  • MedPay applies to you and all passengers in your vehicle.

  • It comes at no additional cost to you when used.

  • It does not increase your insurance premium.

If you're unsure whether your policy includes MedPay, contact your insurance agent to verify your coverage. In Colorado, the minimum required MedPay coverage is $5,000, though some policies offer higher limits.

If you do not have MedPay, other billing options may still be available through the at-fault party’s insurance. We can help you navigate the process.

Our Approach to Auto Injury Care

Everyday Essentials partners with experienced personal injury chiropractors and a trusted wellness network specializing in auto-related injuries. Our team provides coordinated care to support soft-tissue recovery, pain reduction, and improved mobility.

If needed, we can also connect you with reputable auto injury attorneys to help you manage your claim.

What To Do After an Accident

1. Open a Medical Claim

Contact your auto insurance company and open a medical claim (separate from your vehicle damage claim). Your adjuster will confirm whether you have MedPay and explain your benefits.

2. Schedule an Evaluation

Start with your primary care physician or a chiropractor. They will document your injuries and determine which treatments, such as massage therapy, physical therapy, acupuncture, or imaging are medically necessary.

If MedPay is not available, your doctor may direct billing to the at-fault party’s insurance or recommend consulting an attorney.

Everyday Essentials is here to guide you through each step of the process and ensure you receive the care you need after an auto accident.
